About me
My name is Willem van Veenendaal.
I founded Van Veenendaal Real Estate based on the belief that real estate should be more personal — and, in today’s market, it needs to be.
Too often, the industry is driven by processes, structures, and volume. I believe it can be done differently — and better.
My way of working is direct, personal, and results-driven. You work with me. Short lines, clear communication, and full involvement from the first contact to the closing of the deal.
Over the years, I have built a strong international network of buyers, sellers, and partners. This network gives my clients access to opportunities that are not always visible on the open market. The best deals rarely come through standard channels — they often happen within the network, where access and timing come together.
I primarily work with international clients who value quality, discretion, and a personal approach.
In addition, I work with a carefully selected portfolio of properties, where quality, presentation, and positioning take priority over volume. Each property is chosen deliberately and aligned with the right audience.
I don’t see my role as a traditional agent, but as an advisor and connector — someone who thinks ahead, adds perspective, and, when needed, operates outside conventional paths to achieve the right result.
I regularly take clients out on the water — an environment where conversations unfold differently and decisions are often made more naturally and intuitively.
